Springtime Fun! 2016 Edition

 

 

We didn't do a whole lot this spring. Hung around the house, went here and there, and enjoyed the weather.

 

These 2 are the hardest to get a picture!

 

We went and picked strawberries with Kate and Bruce!

 

Hung out on the porch a lot.

 

 

 

Ate a lot of strawberries!

 

 

And watched the baby chickens grow!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Flock Addition

As many of you know, little Abram is quite the chicken farmer. So back around Easter, we added a few more babies to his flock. This time we got some chicks and raised them ourselves. We got 4 Americana's that lay colored eggs.

 

 

 

Now his flock is up to 12.  A dozen eggs a day if the stars all align correctly! ;)

Oh, and turkey season has started so we'll see David after May 15th!

 

 

Abram's 4th Birthday

Y'all! I absolutely can't believe this boy is FOUR!! It blows my mind how fast the time really goes!

 

I remember this day like it was yesterday!

 

This little boy is so sweet (when he wants to be), tender hearted, and fun loving! He loves a tractor, his gator, watching youtube kids on the ipad, riding his bike, hunting with David, riding the 4 wheeler and pretty much anything and everything in between! Our life is so much sweeter and so much more fun with him in it! We love you Abram Robert! Stop growing SOOOO fast!!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Spring has Sprung!

 

So glad the sun is shining, the weather is warmer, and the flowers are blooming!

 

 

 

and then there's this one. He has a little temper. Need I say more?

 

 

 

 

 

Winertime Shenanigans

The slowest time of the year! We are so ready for spring and warmer weather so we can get outside more!

 

We've made homemade hot chocolate.

 

 

Shot clays.

 

 

Had to start using a nebulizer.

 

 

 

 

And we played in the dusting of snow!  The boys loved it.

I just wish we got a little more that what we did.

 

 

 

Although it wasn't a super cold winter, we were glad to see it go so we could get out of the house and enjoy some sunshine!
